      Pros

      There are some great engineers out there, and some great collaborations, depending on which team you're in. The monthly social events are fun

      Cons

      Day-to-day work becomes overwhelmed with reports and meetings, while poor communication with the client hampers project momentum. High staff turnover and understaffed teams lead to increased workloads and burnout. Additionally, there is often a lack of transparency in performance evaluations and career progression, with compensation falling below market standards.

      Pros

      A genuine workplace with a bunch of highly skilled people. There were monthly socials, lunch-and-learns, and other fun activities that made the culture really enjoyable. Management consistently put effort into improving things and was generally open to feedback, though there were a few exceptions within leadership. I genuinely enjoyed my time working there.

      Cons

      The client base is still somewhat limited, so there may not be a wide variety of projects or opportunities available. At times, you may also be asked to work on areas that don’t necessarily align with your interests or preferences.
