Pros

Work from home—so you don’t see thier faces. It’s a career-killing sink-hole.

Cons

Govtech Losers is a festering fraud pit—avoid it like the plague. Delusional idiots dragging this dumpster fire down. The execs? Spineless morons faking reviews to bury the rot. Revenue’s a sick joke, propped up by corruption and backstabbing. Engineering’s gutted, outsourced to the limit, running on old, rubbish systems—screwed. Culture’s a corpse, and the remaining fools still working there are the laughingstock of the tech community. Competitors will easily kick them out of the market they snatched through corruption and unethical dealings. Let it crash, and pray the government investigates this sham—rotten to the core.

Pros

Work from home and thats about it

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the random 5 star reviews by the corporate HR drones and executives. It’s a bust for Blackstone and time to cut and run. Lee Perkins is playing CEO like it’s a game of Monopoly, but he’s out of Get Out of Jail Free cards. He won’t make it past October. Instead of real leadership, we get empty slogans — apparently, if you chant “Govtech Champions!” and “GO FAST!” enough times, revenue will magically appear. Spoiler: it won’t. Speaking of revenue, it’s well below expectations. Competitors can smell blood in the water, and this ship is taking on water fast. The layoffs? Sorry, “redundancies”? Just a fancy way of saying cost-cutting while pretending to invest in growth. New roles? Promised. Delivered? Not so much. There’s still one last round of cuts coming for engineering that should be the final nail in the coffin. Ironically, the new structure could work — if it weren’t executed with the grace of a drunken Jenga player. As for culture, well, that’s been on life support for a while. Need proof? Just check the eNPS scores (if they even dare show them). Benefits have been vanishing faster than a bad magician’s act: Pluralsight and learning budgets? Gone. Christmas gift cards? Gone. Christmas party? Nope. Half-day leave on Christmas Eve? Pretend it never happened. Civica will survive, but let’s be real — things are spiraling, and a lot of people are going to get burned before this crash landing is over. Personally, I’m already looking for the exits, and I’d recommend others do the same.

Pros

Nothing that comes to mind. Tribble place to work

Cons

I had many terrible experiences with in a tribble place and management and feel the need to warn others. This company is a prime example of government and legal failures that allow such businesses to not only exist but also thrive on government contracts, avoiding the need to compete fairly in the market. Trible Management's systems are outdated and overlapping, with no room for innovation or progress. The work environment is toxic, filled with resistant old staff, creating a hostile atmosphere. The company's inefficient systems and high expenses are a waste of taxpayers' money, yet they continue to operate unchecked. It's surprising that they haven't been audited and held accountable, raising suspicions about corruption and protection. Their unrealistic expectations, poor management, and mafia-like operations make it a nightmare to work for. Frequent ownership changes and a fully outsourced model relying on cheap, less-skilled workers compromise security and quality. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant, and they bypass laws and safeguards, putting sensitive public records at risk. The stressful work environment, lack of career growth, poor training, and low morale are just a few of the many issues. Avoid this company if you value your career and sanity.
