Pros
Having worked for the business in the Melbourne office for over 5 years I feel its a sad state of affairs that these negative reviews have appeared as my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Since starting with Charterhouse I have been given support and encouragement by the overall management of the company. Having seen numerous people join the business and build a very successful career here I can honestly say that the training and support given is very good. The incentives are some of the best I have had in my 11 years in the industry – I’ve had the opportunity to go on numerous national and international trips and do and see some amazing things. The genuine bond amongst everyone I work with is very rarely seen in any workplace (either in in the industry or out of it).
Cons
Every business has areas that it could do better, and my own frustration over the years has been the IT systems used by the company. This isn’t something that hasn’t been addressed, with significant investment going in to this area and new systems – both hardware and software – arriving soon. There are other niggling areas, but there is nothing so big that I believe warrants a scathing review - or even mentioning at all. Everyone may have different experiences, but as someone who recently celebrated their 5 year anniversary with Charterhouse I can honestly say I have, and will continue to, enjoy my career here.
