Pros

Took good care of employees. Pay was okay, but the real gem is the fact that they provide opportunities for you to move up in the company. A lot of companies promise opportunities, Capital One delivers. Great mentors and a great place to work.

Cons

The starting pay could be better, however that was some years ago
