      Technological growth and problem-solving capabilities are rapidly improving. Communication skills are required. The salary is high, and the options are given a lot. It is suitable for young people to quickly upgrade their comprehensive ability to technical positions.

      Cons

      Work overload. Work time from 10:30 AM to 22:30 PM. Easy access to PIP. Update OKRs every 2 months. Do a 360 evaluation every 2 months and decide on the bonus.
