      People on the ground are great

      Cons

      Upper management are superficial and concerned about pleasing the board vs doing what is right and just. They will throw around numbers on reports that are fabricated and are backed up by lies.

      For the job description, the pay isn't too bad and the residents make the day shine. They're just lovely and make the job rewarding.

      Cons

      Workplace politics in this place are insane! Job satisfaction is very low with most employees and the pressure working there is a lot higher than it should be for the job. There are too many short staffed days and last minute 'we need you' call ups.
