      Awesome church- they do some great outreach and have a level of excellence that is unrivaled. From the outside looking in, it's a well oiled machine. I love seeing how many people come through their doors and hear of Jesus for the first time!

      Cons

      Once you are employed, it's a whole different story. Ive worked at many churches in my life so I understand the normal politics one encounters once in the office, but similar to how their level of performance is unrivaled... so is their level of abuse and politics. I have never seen volunteers mistreated (dare I even say abused in some cases) with little regard for their well being or them as individuals. There is also a lot of hierarchy and very clique. So while there are a lot of great things about this church, there are many that break my heart. So many people just put up with the unhealthy culture and work/life balance because of the name recognition of the massive sized church and how it will set them up for the future.
