      Semi good pay. slightly better then average.

      Cons

      Dirty and unsafe. No diversity Constant bullying Will try to manage you out if you ask for help about mental health. stonewalling and manipulation. Ruined my mental health and bullying/ untrue rumours ruined my career People have become to afraid to speak up incase they get targeted.
