      Great Workplace, But....

      Pros

      Great company social culture and flexible working. Very good efforts towards diversity and inclusion. I gained great experience on projects in real time.

      Cons

      Frequent difficulties in finding work, higher-than-average turnover, difficult to move upwards from a graduate role. Also, some issues with leaders using the power structure to excuse abuse.

      Stepping stone for fresh graduates, lots of things to learn if you are proactive and keen on getting as much experience as possible.

      Cons

      Low pay with an incremental increase every year. Don't expect a massive jump or promotion if you keep staying internally.
