Who needs to deliver anyway? Just perfect your game theory skills while munching on snacks. Those who complain about work-life balance are just whiny loser.
Cons
If you're actually getting work done but too swamped to boast about it, don't worry; plenty of others are already taking credit for your efforts. Management consists of a bunch of clueless freeloaders who expect you to grovel at their feet, leaving you with no time to actually develop your engineering skills. Personally, this company is a stain on my life. Here's my review to ensure others don't fall into Mike and Scott's scheme. Such tactics, very Aussie.
