      - The good people (that are leaving quickly) - WFH - Comp (except TEAM RSU, flatlining)

      - Leadership - Lack of direction - Ex-Meta and Microsoft cliques - Horrible politics - Everyone for themselves, APEX driven development

      Great people, solid compensation package and benefits, lots of market opportunities

      Shift to forced ranking and regular culling of 'bottom 10%'. People told they did not meet expectations at year end after not getting any kind of similar feedback during the year.
