      Shrouded in benefits to mask the fact they will not raise pay/equalise pay across same roles.

      Cons

      The benefits do not outweigh the difference in pay. Leadership team is so disconnected from the rest of the company.

      Company has a great diverse culture with a value that drives a team inclusion within thier working ethic. All staff are treated equally with respect and dignity. Arrow is a company that works with its staff for long term career growth and leadership opportunities
