Some good workers. But they are being miss managed.

Cons

So internal comms keeps talking up the company. Promotion of events but has just done 3rd round of redundancies. Constant context switching on projects. Teams are constantly fighting or pitted against each other. Staff are constantly hassled to write positive Glassdoor reviews. If you read a stack of positive all around date. It's been more P&C driven reviews.

Market conditions have had a huge impact on many in the technology sector and we are not immune to this impact. The changes we have had to make were not done so lightly. Pros

Some really genuine relationships built and enjoyed from my time at Arkose.

Cons

In the companies advance toward an IPO they have lost the culture that made them one of the better places to work. A few people attempt to keep the culture, but I fear are losing the battle with greed being the main motivator of leaders.
