Coffee machine, good location, good facilities, nice people work at the company.

Cons

I was really excited initially about this role but after a while I developed depression and anxiety working in this department. The culture was toxic and the leadership old world. Training wasn't sufficient so you were set up for failure. After I left I heard Admins come and go in this role, and it really is due to a poor environment. I heard the girl after and previous had similar experiences. I wouldn't go back.

- Everything and then some - Bad management - Bad human resource recruiting - Archaeic processes - Antiquated ERP systems - People with qualifications not required - Mismatched teams - Upskilling non existent - Personal development just a buzz word with no action and no traction - Senior executives talk the talk but are unable to walk the walk - Consistently over promising and under delivering on deliverables - Gender diversity in senior roles is few and far between due to ongoing boys club - Unconscionable bias is prevalent in all hiring decisions with one demographic appearing to be the most dominant
