Pros

Worked with some great people and made some lifelong friends. Was able to move into a different role which was enjoyable.

Cons

Constant reorganisations, changes in management and direction of the company caused massive unease with the employees, not a nice environment to be in.

Pros

Good values & culture particularly with Health, safety & the environment.

Cons

No interest in the well-being of employees anymore - very much shareholder interest driven. Downsizing in Australia/New Zealand.

Pros

OK wages, good prospects for brown-nosers

Cons

Culture of nepotism, promotion for mates and relatives instead of those that merit it; the Peter Principle much in evidence here. Technical managers without degrees who can't manage either is a recipe for failure and that's what's happening
