      Ummmmmm.... hard one to answer. They have replaced their CEO since. Things can be on the improve?

      Air Liquide may be market leaders in Europe, but in Australia just hacks. Only ask their customers.....!

      Horribly gossipy and childish, poor management

      Pros

      Struggling to find any pros... there were a lot of lunches/dinners and 'extra-curricular' activities.

      Cons

      Managers were largely incompetent, training was sub-par and very basic. AL didn't bother to ensure that you had the resources (eg IT and products) required to do your duties, even asking for the multiple times. Didn't bother to properly provide details of what you KPIs were, nor the required tools to make your bonus. Was often told that working up to a 10 hour days was to be considered normal for a job that paid 40k a year. The majority of employees, including management were also very clique-y and would gossip about everyone behind their backs.

      Pros

      Worked as an intern there and learned a lot from it - manager was great and gave me a lot of responsibility and learning opportunities

      Cons

      Slightly hard to socialize with people there, though I was only there temporarily
