Pros
It's great to be able to work on cutting edge technology being used by a lot of big name companies. The company makes everything in Australia so you get to deal with the full product chain. The CEOs are technical and involved in most projects which is refreshing. Good office location, good perks and great events. The company updates are thorough and there is more transparency than any other company I've worked at.
Cons
There can be a lot of pressure to deliver and some teams are understaffed which doesn't help. The work from home policy is quite restrictive.
