Pros
-The male C Levels are pretty good -Relatively stable conditions -Slow and lethargic -Good for elderly employees and 'has-been's looking to get back into the workforce -You can sometimes get parking out at the Artarmon office
Cons
-Poor middle management -In need of a serious leaning out -Management talk about firing employees like its a game of survivor -Most employees enjoy a linear path till an average retirement or death (which ever comes first) -Gender diversity has gone too far (If only men could sue in the same fashion) -The operations department is a depressing environment full of unmotivated (physically and mentally) middle aged men and women who have failed in other walks of life -Untalented BD team due to monopoly status -So many introverts and pathetic public speakers (even at leadership level)
