      Good and bad managers - sexism rife

      Pros

      Good projects, good safety, some great managers and teams but really a mixed bag.

      Cons

      I worked on sites and also in the head office during my time at ADCO. Across the board the company has a very sexist attitude. I worked in some great teams with good men but also some bad ones with constant jibes at my gender. The manager I worked under in head office was blatently mysogenistic and his attitude was accepted by everyone around even the most senior people.
