**They offered originally a $500.00 per week draw for when you first started, but after the position was offered, the company revoked the offer, stating that they were no longer making any hiring decisions until after the new year. HOWEVER, this was never relayed to me, I had to reach out to find this information out - luckily having not put in my two week notice from my current job. The hiring manager then reached back out to me a few weeks later to re-offer the position, but there were some changes. They had changed the pay scale so that there was no longer a 500/wk draw for you to get yourself established as a sales person - where working from commission only, until you build up a sales pool, this would have been extraordinarily useful.
