There were no particularly difficult questions asked. That was part of the problem, I approached it as IT INFOSEC position, but it seemed like they wanted more of a salesman than an INFOSEC specialist.
We went on the floor and discussed how to better appearance of product and placement of items.
The most difficult questions in the interview were very vague questions about how I would act in certain situations, however there were not sufficient information to answer them effectively. It was obvious that the interviewers were unprepared for the interview, at one point in the interview they even said that they had not even prepared any questions.
This position deals with multiple systems, are you willing to be trained to utilize them?

How do you feel about your current management team?
Q1. Tell me about a unsafe work situation you were involved in and how you dealt with it? Q2. Tell me about a situation where you had a conflict with a co-worker and how you resolved it? Q3.
