Management could be improved, especially in terms of transparency regarding promotions. In the past, I excelled in a test, but my colleague who failed the same test, was later promoted. It appears that management selectively favors friends and disregards objective testing results, which feels quite unfair

Recruiter round followed by hiring manager round centered towards a problem statement. I answered the question and got a good feedback. Did not move to next round. The problem statement was vaguely defined.

The process was straightforward only took less than 6 weeks to get hired, I took 4 interviews: HR initial interview, Hiring manager, Site manager and then technical interview. The interview mostly ask about items regarding the job
