Initial Interview,Psychometric test and another interview. Fast and easy process. Recommend doing some practice quizzes first. Spoke with team leaders. They kept you up to date with all the timings and when they’d get back to you. Very supportive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TSA Riley (Sydney) in Feb 2024
Interview
I was approached via LinkedIn for a potential opportunity. While I appreciated the initial outreach, the recruitment process turned out to be unexpectedly long and time-consuming. Despite being headhunted, I was required to go through multiple steps—including psychometric testing and interviews with two separate individuals.
In my view, such a lengthy and rigorous process would be more understandable if I had applied to the role myself. However, given that I was approached directly, I found the extensive steps somewhat unnecessary and not reflective of a respectful or efficient candidate experience.
It’s important for companies to consider the time and effort candidates invest—especially when initiating contact. A more streamlined and transparent process would go a long way in creating a better impression and attracting the right talent.
