I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Simon Contractors (Rapid City, SD) in Nov 2022

Received a call to set up a meeting. Interviewed with 2 construction employees and 1 HR. The meeting only lasted about half an hour. Afterwards they called and offered the position.
