I applied online. I interviewed at RSM (Auckland, Auckland) in Aug 2022
Interview
Application. 20 minutes online assessment on personality, verbal, numerical, and logical. Phone interview. Grad recruitment afternoon (almost 5hrs): Basic accounting quiz, which wasn't easy, interview, team challenge on being stuck in an island, networking event on lunch and drinks. Maybe I did perform poorly on the grad recruitment afternoon, but would have appreciated some feedback for the effort and time I put in, but I heard nothing.

Question 1
Basic questions on CV. And general questions, why RSM, what can you bring, how well you work in teams, what are 3 good qualities of an auditor. Nothing behavioral based
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RSM (Canberra) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was a very straightforward and inviting interview. Mostly got to learn about the company culture and support it offers for graduates. The interviewers were really enthusiastic and encouraging as well - definitely interested in investing in the work that I do/look to do. In terms of the interview, it was mostly discussions about different sections in the CV and also finding out more about your interests and passion.

I applied online. I interviewed at RSM (Melbourne)
Interview
The usual psychometric test and video interview which I highly recommend preparing for.
Beware that RSM Melbourne are willing to jeapardize your job security by going behind your back and calling people NOT listed as your reference and WITHOUT your permission or recommendation (ie backdoor reference checks).
In my case they spoke directly to my manager effectively revealing myself as a flight risk without even considering the office politics that come with something like backdoor referencing. Highly unethical but sadly not uncommon in today's world.
