RSM Assistant Manager interview questions

Straight-forward but non transparent. Questions asked were answered well, mostly behavioural and nothing technical. I didn’t get very satisfactory answers to my questions like understanding the team structure, etc. ultimately I was told I was over qualified and hence not selected for the position

I had 2 stages of interview. First was more technical and the second was just a normal chat with the partner. It was more like a chat and it was not stressful.
