I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Quantium in Jul 2021
Interview
There was an MCQ test first, which consisted of 7 sections. The company decides on its own which job role they think is good for you, which I don't think is correct in any way. They should just select and reject the students and not shortlist them for a certain role. The next round was GD, which went terrible because of two reasons. First, the students in the group were non-cooperating, they were neither listening to each other nor to the interviewer. Second, the interviewer disliked it to such an extent that he didn't evaluate who were the students causing it. There were 3 students who were well disciplined and responding appropriately. But the interviewer went off to tell us at the end that the whole group is discarded. A single person is not responsible for others behaviour but he evaluated everybody to be the same forgetting about individualism. I don't think this is the way it should be in a GD .
