Had the initial 30 min interview with Ashley in Australia, she was pretty unbothered on the call however I did my best - at the end she said she'd be in touch in a day or two. I sent a follow up email and still haven't heard a word (it's been almost 3 weeks).
Tip to leadership: if this is how Hiring team / HR functions in your business, I would reconsider the people you have there!
For a company who focuses on reviews, I find this ironic!
