HR into exec
HR was clueless, talked like a drone and had no idea even what she was asking as she combined three questions that should be segmented into one and one is basically redundant of the other. Somehow still ended up for an in person interview which was refreshing and the guy was pleasant to deal with however given the reviews I read and the response from HR two days later I understand what they wanted in a position. More drones.
The interview process was lenghtly and difficult as expected. I went through many stages from phone interview to 1 on 1 to group panel. Everything was going well until I reached the group panel. The interviewees seemed low and not very encouraging about the position. Atfer the interview they completly ghosted me. I spent hours of my time for these interviews and not a single email regarding my application. I emailed them for a follow up and no response. Stay away from this company, they don't care about you at all. I'm very glad I didnt get an offer.
