The process was pleasant and informative. After an initial online interview, I was invited to the headquarters in Copenhagen for a second round. I met with the hiring manager as well as the employee going on maternity leave, whose role I would be covering. It was helpful to speak with someone who knew the position firsthand and could evaluate whether I had the necessary skills for the role.
