Screened by HR prior to interview. Five interviewers over the course of two and a half hour conversations. HR, site leadership, and three department members (1x management]. Conference room and no site tour.

Many questions and probing into my subject matter expertise in various aspects of drug product manufacturing (e.g. container closure knowledge, formulation experience, testing experience, etc). They probe your expertise based on what they have (or are lacking).
