R1 focuses on basics with subsequent interviews focussed around project and design discussion
After clearing all rounds HR asked for salary expectations, if it does not match their salary bracket, HR will start ghosting.
After one month you will get a reply that they couldn't hire due to salary expectations.
Advice to HR: Declare salary bracket before hand so that candidate does not have to go through the entire process.

Interview
Interview was set up by consultancy. First round was HR screening round where they check communication skills. Process was corporate actions. Afterwards there where 2 operational rounds where they asked me about current job. Interview was easy. Process took 3 hours appx.
