Nasdaq Inside Sales interview questions

Received an interview from recruiter for an Inside Sales role at Nasdaq. It was a single-round panel with a Sales Director and a Customer Success Manager (who had been promoted from Inside Sales). The Sales Director was great—very professional, explained the job scope clearly, and spoke excellent English. That part felt solid. The Customer Success interviewer, though, came across as quite junior. The questions were very basic—mostly about the education and simple background checks—and didn’t really assess my fit for the role. It felt like a mismatch in interview quality between the two panelists.
