      Interview

      I did not receive a call as scheduled and was waiting and prepared for the interview. I had to reach out to reschedule. Once the call was rescheduled, the conversation was fine but a bit off and disinterested . I was told I would be informed regardless of whether or not they chose to continue the process with me but received no follow-up email. I followed up myself and never recieved a response. Overall quite an unprofessional experience.

      Interview

      My interview process for the Customer Success Manager position at Megaport was both thorough and engaging, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the company and its culture. Initial Interview: The process began with an introductory conversation where I was given an overview of the role and the company. The guidance provided was instrumental in preparing me for subsequent stages. Second Stage Interview: I had the opportunity to meet with the Head of Global Customer Success, who shared insightful details about the company's vision and goals, particularly in the APAC region. The passion for customer success and strategic growth was inspiring. Third Stage Interview: This interview involved key leaders from different sales divisions. They evaluated my technical fit for the role and how well I would integrate into the global sales team. The discussion was dynamic and highlighted the collaborative nature of the team. Fourth Stage Interview: I spoke with two representatives who provided perspectives on the team dynamics and the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. One, having recently joined the company, shared his transition experience, which was particularly insightful. Final Interview with the CEO: The final interview with the CEO was a highlight. The CEO shared his vision for Megaport’s future and the strategic initiatives planned for the APAC region. Practical advice was also offered on how to navigate challenges and seize opportunities within the company. Overall, each stage of the interview process was well-organized and provided valuable insights into the company’s culture, expectations, and strategic direction. I appreciated the transparency and support from everyone I interacted with, and I am excited about the prospect of joining the Megaport team. I am pleased to share that I have received an offer for the Customer Success Manager position.
