The interview was over a zoom meeting. With a panel of 2 individuals from the vertical. It was for about an hour long. Interviewer had amazing experience in the field.

How would you retain a client when the premium has increased.
I was clearly qualified for the position. First two people thought I was the perfect fit. The lazy producer who doesn't produce new business, doesn't answer technical insurance questions and said that he is not good at administrative tasks picked the less qualified candidate. Companies need to start getting rid of lazy producers that just sit on their books of business. The lazy producers don't want qualified candidates because it threatens their job and the company loses at the end while the producer gets paid to do next to nothing. He didn't even do a proper interview.
