4 rounds:
1) 30 min screen with HR
2) 1hr call with Hiring Manager incl. case study, cv screen and behavioural questions
3) Korn Ferry psychometric tests
4) 1 hour in person with Senior Director

Are you sure you want the role as you have more experience than what the role requires?
Overall a positive interview process with multiple steps including global role head. role headcount ended up being cancelled so did the full process without the role existing at the end.
