The first-round interview with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) consisted of a behavioral discussion focused on understanding my background, experiences, and how I approach working in professional and team environments. The interviewer asked questions about my past experiences, including projects I have worked on, how I handle challenges, and how I collaborate with others when solving problems. I discussed situations where I demonstrated problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively while working toward a shared goal.
