Eldercare HR amp Learning Support interview questions

Interview process itself was fine, there is no follow up once you've had the interview. At the end of my interview I was told the day that they would be making the decision and letting everyone know, there was no follow up, I emailed to check in and see if the position was filled as I had not heard anything, was told someone would call me Monday, no one ever called and then the recruitment team simply stop responding to your emails.
