ELMO Software Sales interview questions

Hearing from some of the people who work here and spoke well of the company, I was put forward for a role by former colleague. The 15 minute interview I had on the phone with their internal recruiter was probably the worst interview I’ve ever had. All he wanted to know is why I left this job and then why I left the next job and he was convinced that because I’ve worked in a number of different industries, in different roles, that I wouldn’t be a good fit there. Typically people who have worked in different businesses and in different roles bring a lot more to a new company as they have a much broader experience base. Total waste of time.
