Seemed a little disorganized - one interview was very rigid, the next didn’t seem to know what to ask. Didn’t hear anything for weeks after. When I heard back, I was told they were no longer hiring for the position
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dandy (NY) (Boston, MA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Recorded telephone interview, very casual. The interviewer was nice, and asked some very standard questions about the applicant and other things as well. And that was pretty much it and then I got the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dandy (NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
There is a 3 step process, first you meet with the recruiter for the role, then two of the AM leads, then you complete a short case study and put together a presentation and present that with another interview group of two AM leads. The process was smooth and to the point. The recruiter really went out of her way to set me up for success, staging the timeline to fill the role, and checking in with me after each interview to collect feedback for their team and share feedback with me. While I ultimately decided to take another job the process left such a positive impression on me and was definitely one of the best I’ve been a part of. They really treated me like I already worked there and not just a candidate and they care a lot about your success even if it is not with them.
