Then hire manager called, it first give overview about the company and division the product it developed. Then it go over my resume ask a few question. The technical question is about basic network concept, TCP/IP/ARP/DNS/NAT protocol etc. Then a few weeks late hr send email ask to onsite interview. It is about 4 engineers from senior level conduct technical interview.
