Incredibly easy, don't even need to know OSI or TCP/IP. Basic knowledge of tech is all that is needed to be successful. They do have a high turn over rate, though

Easy interview, lots of questions which were relatively easy to answer. Comfortable with interviewers - good for an entry level job and would likely recommend this for anyone just leaving high school
