Starts with the screening stage and then a loop with several interview rounds each interviewer will ask questions related to the leadership principles to test competency for the required leadership principles tested

Give me qualitative and quantitative risk analysis
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Interview
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
