And 4 weeks of on the floor training
Followed by 4 months of probation
And then continued training on the floor as new business rules come in
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alinta Energy (Canberra) in Oct 2021
Interview
3 hour group interview and just went through different scenarios and talked about ourselves learnt about the role and answered questions. We also did a numeracy and literacy test on completion which I found quite easy to complete
