Interview
Not a hard one. Asked about myself, company details and role-specific questions. It took around 45 minutes. Two people were there to ask questions. If I need more clarifications about the question I could ask for explanations.
Extremely challenging but fulfiling. Made me aware of a lot of things during the process. IT's a long process in aiesec to get selected for any leadership role but for sure, you get to learn a lot of things about the role, the level you are applying for.
