Online testing and screening. Followed by a 30 min phone interview with a junior actuary and grad manager. Then final round was a case study / presentation in front of two senior actuaries and HR. Very personable experience rather than making selection decisions from online testing/videos as competitors do

Motivations and idea of career path. Technical skill sets you bring. Tested knowledge of current problems actuaries are facing in the real world. The case study involved a fair amount of data analysis and research. Having already completed part II’s at University definitely helps
