Similar process as defined above by others; Step 1. Brief 3 minutes Presentation then 2 to 3 weeks gap (or less if you are lucky), you might start thinking i didnt qualify. You wont hear from them. Step 2: They'll ask you to write user stories/epics for feature enhancements of a client. I spend ample time to draft SOW but didnt get any call or update about application status. Even if you are not qualified they should inform you. After almost 3 to 4 weeks i got to now i didnt qualify only when i called them. They dont bother to inform you. This is insane!
