Hi there, I am a manage. consultant at a Big4, focusing more on project management, overseeing product implementation, and processes. I got 2 offers. One is a Senior Strategist role in Financial Services (Forex), where I will do strategic analysis (e.g. product entry, evaluate ROI, sign off the company’s business plan,etc.). The other is a mid-level product management role (less senior than the other, but the money is the same). Which one do you believe has more potential in the next 5–10 years?

I've started to take on a more lead product management and design role that has required me to learn Jira for scrum planning. One of the issues I am facing with our dev leader is standardizing our document taking process so status updates are clear and project timelines are transparent. What are some ways I can promote a better project management culture across departments?
