When is the PA round cycle?
For those that made SM this round - what are they key differentiators that you think helped boost your promo case from M to SM?
I’ve recently had a conversation with my manager where the feedback was essentially that I’m not currently performing at the level expected for my role and that there are areas I need to improve. At this stage, it was framed as feedback/coaching rather than a formal PIP. Can an employee be placed on a PIP at any point during the year, or does it usually happen following an annual performance review?
MD's - any nuggets from the Friday call?
Hey guys I am SM with base of 105k and 6.5k car allowance. No raise in 2022,23,24,25 and now 26... even though got excellent cal input , client feedback and internal feedbacks.. What can i do? Who can i speak with? My people lead said no hike in UK due to bad market and economy. And no one got hike.
The laptops we get in the UK are piece of junk, slowed down by Accenture bloatware.
Yes twice a year has been forever. Rounds results are effective of. The 1st of June and December. It used to be called end of year and mid year but then they did a switch on the main promotion cycle to June so mid year (June) stopped making sense The PA machine doesn’t really stop though because our company is so huge it takes a huge amount of effort to work through the different layers to get to the final outcome so It starts with Client account input -> your project feedback/recommendation typically 3-4 month out from effective date DTE (or whatever they are called now) —> your group who owns your P&L discuss you there maybe multiple rounds at this stage if you have roll ups etc. typically this is 2-3 months out Workforce or I guess reinvention engines now I.e. technology - roll up (this is largely opaque it’s talent leads across the tech org or what was s&C org fighting it out) - typically 1-2 month out HR do some stuff and then talent lead get budget to assign - less than 1 month out Then roughly 1 week before you get told …. This is all Subject to change with reinvention service no one know how it will work and everyone approaches it slightly differently and HR make up new rules or drop previous rules each round Process that should be simple Is bloated
Account discussionsikely start mid july
Will Start back end of August/sept for effective dec 1st
So they happen twice a year? And outcomes like an IP are in effect from December?
I found this?
