For those that made SM this round - what are they key differentiators that you think helped boost your promo case from M to SM?
Just to confirm we are allowed to carry over more than 5 days after September or do we still need to do an exception request?
Had my PL discussion today and was told there is no increase for me because I am already at the top of the L6 range, even though I have not had any raise since joining in 2024. Feedback is excellent from client, account and leadership, impact is 9, behaviour is 8, and I even got TP, but still no increase. Is this normal and how do people cope with this kind of situation. I also know that TP and slider details are not supposed to be disclosed. Should I believe it?
Do we reckon any mass redundancies are on the horizon 👀 or more harsh PA rounds?
What is the band for level 9 want to see the lowest and highest possible …is it £43k lowest upto £63k? I am at 52.5k I am trying to figure out if I am at the low end of the spectrum.
How long is a piece of string * is it a fun sabbatical or is tough stuff happening * are you a key seller / key delivery lead etc * are you trying to be gone in a week and leaving a project in the lurch If it’s life stuff talk to your people lead / trusted SM and over the decade I’ve been here that is easy to handle, manage and quick. If it’s fun sabbatical and answer yes to the rest of the questions, good luck. It’s a busy push for q4
Not true. For health/family stuff, very easy. If you want to go travelling, that’s completely discretionary. I’ve approved travelling LOAs three times, and it was easy, but given current business context, I would anticipate a more rigorous process depending on when OP wants to head out
